Repeat Infringers

Game Developers and Publishers

If you are a game developer or publisher and would like a game or related content removed from Arcadino.com, you do not necessarily need to file a formal DMCA notice. We are happy to work directly with developers and rights holders to resolve content concerns quickly and cooperatively. Simply email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your name and role (developer, publisher, or authorized representative)
  • The name of the game or content you would like removed
  • The specific URL on Arcadino.com where the content is located
  • Proof of ownership or authorization (a link to your official website or app store listing is usually sufficient)

We respect the rights of all game creators and will process removal requests as quickly as possible, typically within 48 hours.

Misuse of DMCA Notices

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability. We encourage all parties to ensure their claims are accurate and made in good faith before submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification.

Limitations

Arcadino acts as a platform for hosting and embedding browser-based games. While we make every effort to respond promptly to valid copyright claims, we do not have the ability to monitor all content on our website in real time. We rely on rights holders to notify us of potential infringements so we can take appropriate action.
